Description
There is major renovation to several units occurring at the Villa Rica Apartments located at 324 30th Ave N (Parcel ID: 07-31-17-02754-002-0030). Most work is currently happening on the first floor units to the rear of the 324 building. Tearing down walls, enclosing porch, electrical, plumbing, A/C etc. This has been happening for several weeks. Performed a search on the City of St. Petersburg Building Permits online and see no current permits for this parcel. Latest permit was from 2013.
