Sharraxaadda

The water department left a large gap in the road at the intersection of 43rd & Chestnut St. They dug up the road and did a very lousy job of filling it and smoothing it out it is crator city now. Please have water dept. get out there and fix this hole in the intersection. Their horses are still sitting on side of road with "Water Dept" on them. Thx
