This is 1308 Belnap (seen from the alley). Trash all over the place (including the backyard). Trash regularly spills into the alley and into neighbor's yards. This is absolutely unacceptable and a health hazard. Children are present at this residence at times. Please take action and resolve this issue in the interest of all residents in the area.
