Deskripsyon

The storm drain is clogged. I reached my shovel down the drain as far as I could reach and didn't hit anything, yet is is fully clogged not going down at all. It's flooding the street.

Almost a year later and it is still clogged and now flooding the street with the melting snow. Why report something if it never gets fixed? This program is one more example of promisses but no follow through.
