What you think should be a recommendation? Yes the area has changed a little bit to have the community more openly social but it is also up to the pedestrians /patrons to do their parts as well. Especially over the weekends where many enjoy that area to just interact.

If you are downtown, each neighborhood has a neighborhood association. think about joining and volunteers on the traffic committees. that's a start. contact your council person and work with him to help
