Not good City of Oakland. We will never attract new business and residents with this going on.

I knew with in a week of living the next street over from Mead / San Pablo how bad it is and notorious it is in Oakland for drugs etc and few years later seems strange OpD hasn't gotten wind or been able to keep this street on lock

OPD knows exactly what is going on. Just not a priority.

this is a constant on this street and nothing ever seams to get done about it
