Good luck. I was promised twice that my lawn that was torn up from cars, trucks & steamrollers parking on it would be fixed. I ended up cleaning the yard myself and filling in dirt with what i could. Still looks bad. Then the seed they put down out front is pure weeds.

We did the same after they redid the road because they did a terrible job with dirt and grass seed. We ended up buying and leveling out the dirt and growing grass our self, then DTE decided to install a new pole with the cable ground anchors and some other company drove a tractor all over: leaving rocks, bits of concrete, deep tire tracks, unlevel dirt, tore up grass. The city told me a while ago that they were trying to get the responsible company(s) out to fix but it hasn't happen yet, i'm not going to ruin my mower or hurt myself trying to maintain this area, it needs to be fixed and fixed right with good level dirt and good grass (not the weed grass they tried before, someone can water it to, im not doing it again).
