    This house sits at the corner of Demerick and Cross I contacted you a couple times last year on this house that continues too be a nuisance in this neighborhood.the house is a corner house for some reason these renters can't figure out that they need too main the eazyment and the frontage on cross. they haven't picked up leaves in 2 years underneath this tree and allow grass too grow over 18 inches last year and it looks like they think they can do it again.so either you never addressed this or they don't care what your rules are. I pay over 7000 a year in taxes .I don't don't believe I should have too put up with renters not cutting grass and cleaning the front of the property And neither do the neighbors.can you please address this issue .or let me know what I can do on my end too end this nonsense.thank you have a blessed day !

    At the backside of the corner house there is a garage on Melvin Street where their garage is. There is a black garbage can barrel on the side of their fence that is filled to the top with animal waste. This has been an issue for the second year and all you smell in this area is dog poop, they fill the container to summers ago and they didn’t put anything in it. Besides animal poop I have knocked on their door to let them know how bad the area smells and they still have not done anything but put it closer to where no one can see it.
