I am resident of this area. I have seen and the city has known of plenty of accidents at the light of 28th and 15ave last year and current. My vehicle was parked in my yard when a driver ran into my driveway and hit my parked vehicle. I am no longer waiting until it becomes at fatality we need speed bumps!! They speed run red lights on 28th street every day. It’s a stretch coming of the interstate for them so they feel the need to speed. We watched one evening how many cars ran the red light. Please respond. I pay taxes I have homeowners insurance I am not rich the person who hit me had no insurance I will not be letting others destroy my property on my expense!
