Water from Ivy Place apartments is running off and down into my backyard and flooding my driveway and front yard and going onto Clairmont way itself. With any significant rain, thousands of gallons of run off goes through my property. No response in two years from DeKalb roads and drainage or City of Atlanta originally. Sink hole seems to be forming and driveway has been wrecked. During the last freeze storm, more concrete has been lifted and cracked form driveway. I have a video to so amount of water flooding.

As of today I have yet to hear anything. With the rain a few weeks ago, a tree was uprooted and fell across my property into my neighbors yard. I have since removed the tree, but still worried others may be compromised due to the soil erosion.

This is now over 6 months from reporting this issue the second time. As of yet, there is no response. I've had a tree fall over (last report) and a potential sink hole developing (maybe just soil erosion). I am not sure who else to contact.

I have yet to be contacted or have anyone address this issue. During the last storm I have roughly 200 pounds of mud wash into my drive way along with a full on river flow over my drive way and yard. It is getting close to getting into the garage as well. I need someone to come out and assess the issue and remedy it. I first reported this in April of last year and for two years previously with DeKalb.

The problem with SeeClickFix is we are not always notified when a comment is posted. This is one reason the City is no longer using this service. I see that you have trying to reach the Stormwater department for quite some time. Please send an email with pictures to the stormwater@brookhavenga.gov address. One of the City's stormwater engineers will contact you once they receive this.
