Still in need of repair. HOA said county should fix it.

I am the General Manager for the Association in question (Maple Lawn HOA). County statute specifically states the county is responsible for the sidewalk "where tree roots have caused heaving or sinking/uneven sidewalk". Please let us know the County's plan to address.

INSPECTED / SIDEWALK AT THIS LOCATION WAS ADDED TO THE COUNTY-WIDE REPAIR QUEUE FOR SERVICE AS CREWS AND FUNDING ARE MADE AVAILABLE / NO TIMELINE FOR REPAIRS DUE TO LARGE BACKLOG OF WORK

The raised sidewalk is now painted yellow Was this done by the county to mark the spot? Is there plans or a timeline for this?

Also, there is now a crack in a nearby sidewalk. And a raised portion at the corner section. Image attached with areas circled in red.
