This corner seems to be a hotspot for people parking vehicles and improperly using city streets for a storage lot, or abandoning them altogether. There’s a Toyota Corolla that’s been parked and not moved for over a month in the 400 block of E. Cabarrus Street. I will go out this evening and take photos/get license plates of these vehicles and update.
