Bank of America foreclosed several years ago and fails to maintain this property. Never once in three years has the walks been shoveled when it snows, Bushes overgrown into adjacent yards, building is litterly falling apart and animal infestation (eg. squirrels, skunks and birds nests inside and out. I'm sure if this was my property the city would be fining me till I cleaned it up.
