Description

There is a storm drain easement with a headwall and concrete flume located at 6727 Burnbridge Hunt Ct. Elkridge MD 21075. There is a tree growing at the end of the flume and it appears it is going to fall onto the flume and headwall. I am aware that the Hunt Club Homeowners Association owns the easement in fee simple, but the Homeowners Association does not own the storm drain pipe, headwall or the flume which could be damaged when the tree falls on it. We would like to have the county remove the tree, since it is your structure that will be damaged.
