Description

Cars stopping at the Trinity Campus portion of the Colchester Ave / East Ave. intersection often stop too far away from the light for their car to be recognized by the signalling equipment. These cars will sit there for multiple light cycles waiting for a green light, with cars lining up behind them until someone else gets out of their car and tells them to pull up.
One of those small "Stop here on red" signs or painting a stop line on the road would probably solve it.
