I keep the sewer drain on my street clean. The City asks the residents to keep these clean and working. Happy to do it. Can’t the person who complained to District 6 about this just walk out and poke holes with a stick to open the drain and then sweep off the caked dirt and debris?
Then, if the grate is clean and water does not drain -that is the time to ask for a vector truck.
Used to be residents could keep their own streets clean. Used to be people didn’t expect the government to be their nannies.
