Description

No drainage at the corner of Sunnyside Drive and Alsace Avenue. Cars passing through the area drive into the high water. The water is scattered everywhere and the drivers lose steering control. The mailbox has been hit several times and the palms on the property are dying. Two Queen Palms have already been cut down because of the water issue. Individuals out for a walk will cross the property to avoid the standing water only to be drenched in water by the cars driving into it. This is a real safety hazard.
