We had heavy rain tonight its now 12:32 am. The basins are blocked at 19368 & 19371 Saint Louis. The problem has been reported numerous times to H2O Dept. via Improve Detroit, phone & email. I guess its call who really cares about the inner-city neighborhoods of Detroit.
