The alley access between 10th St. & San Pablo Ave. on Camelia St, ending on Page St. is blocked by someone using the entrance as a personal parking lot for themselves, affectively blocking access to other property owners to use the alley. Also the city is suppossed to keep the alley clear but has not cut the grass and weeds in years. Also they have not supplied a replacement key for the one we lost.
