CEA sent owner a Notice of Violation on September 7th. Borough Code Enfoorcement re-inspected the condition on September 20th and will take over further action. Currently, the condition of the roof and excessive vegetation are both in violation. A timeline for repair will have to be agreed upon or citation will be issued.

Owners agree to replace roof on garage and remove excessive vegetation. They will look at property and discuss plan on October 15th. Intend to have everything repaired by end of Nov.

Vegetation has been removed, trees were too large for owners to cut. Trees are scheduled to be cut and roof to be replaced....work to be done after fall harvest season.

Owners are having trouble getting a reasonable completion date from a contractor. Work to be done this winter

The garage was demolished and removed. All violations were abated in January.
