Description

The signal at Westchase Blvd and Blue Ridge Rd does not function properly and will have cars waiting at a red light for 10-15 mins. I have seen many cars run the red light because they don’t want to wait which is super dangerous. I think this should be looked into so that cars don’t have to wait as long and feel the need to run the light.
