Description

This is the brand new street that curves around and goes past the Naval air Museum, the large hangar and then at Almanac. There are Three new stop signs and on any given day less than 25% of any car EVER stops at them. If you don't believe me go (not in a marked car) and sit and watch. Stops signs mean nothing to anyone on Alameda Point.
