It looks as if some trimming was done on the outside of the fence. Why has nothing been done to remove the overgrown weeds ,trees, brush, and vines? If this was a residents personal property, there would be a sign posted saying that this mess is in violation of the city ordinance. The rest of the power lines in the Edison field are properly trimmed at the ground level. Perhaps a landscaping company that the city uses should clean up the area and then the city can bill whoever owns the property.

Area was cleaned up the best we could from sidewalk side. ITC has been notified to give them a chance to clean this area. If it is not done we will try to gain access to clean and bill appropriately.
