I been telling the landlord for years that the trees in the back are badly rotted as huge branches keep falling off and can badly injur anyone still my concerns going ignored and today i was missed by only a couple of inches i could of been dead and without a head right now instead god had other plans thank you jesus i depend on a wheelchair and i am
Disabled why is this not being adressed if tenants are highly at risk of a serious injury

More even the jacuzzi is falling through our second floor bathroom and 5 years later still
Ignored i always sit in the very same spot the tree branch fell on i sit there in my wheelchair lucky this day i didn’t still landlord has every right to fix what is located on his property
