Description

Owner of parking lot lets the weeks grow uncontrollably, then trash blows in there and it is a mess. this is immediately adjacent to the apartment building I own and is unacceptable. I spoke to him previously but nothing is done. I took care of it last summer, but it should be his responsibility. Thank you.
