Description
This boat is regularly stored on 1st St SE. I believe that it is parked in front of the house of the owner. This individual also has multiple junk cars, campers and other nusiance items stored on his property and it appears that he has run out of room for his collectables.

We will check on the property for other nuisance in inoperable motor vehicle issues. I'm sending the boat concern to the police department as they investigate parking issues in the public rights of way.

This neighbor is still in voliation of city code. He has a yard full of junk cars that are inoperable and unlicensed, an unlicensed junk camper, boats and motor cycles that are also unlicensed. I would like to request an in inspection of this premesis and a timely follow up report.
This issue is far from closed so congratulations are not acceptable. You may call me or visit me personally for further information.
