Description

I am a concerned resident residing on Eastern Morning Run, Laurel MD. The sidewalk has become a hazard and major injuring is just waiting to happen. The sidewalks along Eastern Morning Run are lifted several inches above level ground becoming a risk for residents especially younger children riding their scouters and bikes.
