There is a metal plate that is covering a crater sized hole. Each time a larger vehicle goes over the hole, it causes building on this block to shake violently. After calling 215-686-5560 and making an employee aware of this, I hope action is taken. For the benefit of recourse for all residents on this block, I recorded the phone conversation. In case a buildings infrastructure is comprised, I will immediately go back to this recording and point back to the problem not being fixed in a timely manner. Now 3+ weeks.
