This is Sutter side of Kimberly Apartments, 545 Georgia St. Vallejo( across street from 807Sutter / 546 Georgia
Same owner/LLC) I am sorry only 1 picture allowed to download as there is the same issue at front of Apartments with side walks,on Georgia and Sutter St., uneven ,cracks, weeds, missing pieces of concrete putting Citizens in grave jeopardy of falling and hurting themselves. Again Ordinances not being followed. Also huge shrubbery issues on front of Apartment.
Vallejo has now been notified of dangerous sites . Owner is responsible to repair and maintain but City of Vallejo MUST MAKE SURE danger is fixed ,ordinances adhere to by owners to protect the citizens of Vallejo.
Please notify Vallejo Public Works Director that these sidewalks on side of Sutter St and 545 Georgia, Kimberly Apartments and sidewalks in front of 807 Sutter and 546 Georgia (other Apartment) are dangerous and defective, to please give notice to owner to repairs as required by Ordinance . Vallejo must be to eable ensure the safety of the Citizen ,handicapped and all others that may apply when walking on sidewalks. I will be happy to provide owner name/LLC ( same name and Orinda Address to Public Works Director for both Apartments)

Please treat these as two separate issues.
It will take a village but Vallejo is worth it!
