This Stinks,

I'm sorry to hear this. When the holiday season is over you should close this issue but for now it would be good to encourage others to report similar issues to try and see if there is a pattern.

If you paid via credit card.....you might be able to dispute the charge.

If it was a USPS call the POST MASTER!

Otherwise, FEDEX & UPS should be able to make good on this theft!

This is a real See Click Fix issue!

loco.loco is right...I had something stolen many years ago, and called the company that shipped the item. They sent me another free of charge. I'm sure they have something worked out with UPS as far as theft/losses go. They can file a claim. Call Lego!

Julie - just wondering if you ever figured out what happened to the package? This ever get resolved?

Hi Folks - I am going to close the issue, but will note that I did call Lego and they were not willing to replace it. I would have crossed Lego off my list apart from the fact that my son lives for them. Sigh. Thanks for keeping an eye out. I see there is another thread open about this topic on See Click Fix in Westville so I'm going to close this one.

Another topic opened on this same issue in the same neighborhood.

Well that is crappy customer service. They could have made a claim with UPS so they wouldn't have lost any money.
