Can we have an inspection of the leaf blowers in this neighborhood? Every day there's a service or owner blowing their leaves with high decibel blowers for 10-15 minutes minimum. Every day. I work at a local hospital dealing with the unvaccinated on the night shift... It's disrespectful to have to be woken up by a leaf blower.
