Opis

Workers did some work and removed the bricks. They didn’t replace them to their original location. Instead they put very uneven blacktop. A cheap fix. The entrance to the boardwalk by Lutze is really ugly. Are they allowed to deface the neighborhood? Why can they not restore the existing design?
