the entire cul de sac needs repaving. 171st has huge huge potholes, and the whole circle from Idaho, 171st, Kansas and back up 172 is all cracked with plants growing from them with stains from last year when the city street sweeper broke and spread engine oil all around the circle.
I look across at Parrish Views and they're getting repaved and their road was nowhere near as bad.

I will add this to our list for overlays. Parrish view is getting paved because it never was since the road was installed. The surface was never placed waiting for all the buildings to be built.
We will do what we can to get this repaved.
