Description

When drivers exit the 3rd street tunnel at 2nd & D streets there are 3 lanes. The left lane is a left turn only lane. The middle lane goes straight. The right lane goes straight or right. So 2 lanes are painted in the exit to go straight but after crossing D Street there is no paint to guide drivers for these two lanes. It looks like one massive lane. Lane line painting is needed to show 2 lanes. See picture.
