I have reported this twice since Thursday. Someone came out today and pulled it out on the ditch onto private property where it could not be seen unless you knew where to look. Miraculously, it was able to crawl back to the ditch. Its been 3 days of heat and decomposing rapidly ..You can smell it 100 yards away.
