thank you city of saratoga springs for posting 30 mph in area signs...but who is enforcing the speed limit, NOBODY!!!!...trucks speeding at all hours of the night and day...going so fast that the trucks have to stop hard prior to turning off ballston avenue to finley st...at times can even hear the load crashing about to and fro...also trucks beeping horns at passenger cars because the can't stop and might hit the car...WHERE IS SSPD???? all hours of the night and day...3 am to 8 am the worst.... lets observe the 30 mph 24/7 on city streets...
