This has been a problem all over the neighborhood. I'm tired of finding smashed beer and liquor bottles smashed on the sidewalk, street, alleys.. and often they're left there for weeks.

Bike tires, kids and pets feet, not to mention the risk for transmission of blood diseases.

Then again they can't even seem to keep the public parks clean of broken glass and drug needles.
