Description

The bottom wire is hanging low - at one point it's about 12' above street and could get snagged on a truck. It's a steel cable - not a utility wire. Not sure who it belongs to or what the purpose is.
Can it either be removed or tightened?
There's a similar guide wire/cable going across Needhamdale to South St, but it's higher and it's taut.
