Did you mean our street was trimmed in 2014, not 2004? If it was done in 2004, it has been more than 10 years already.

We just had a HOA annual meeting two days ago. And many homeowners raised the concern about the over grown trees of the street, especially the tree branches that have block the street lights. Since I am the president of the HOA, on behalf of my HOA homeowners I want to request the county to come to trim those trees that have block the street light. Appreciate it if the county can do that since you mentioned the county would not come back to trim the whole street until 2024 at the earliest.
