During a heavy downpour of rain, the collapsed concrete block gditch wall is causing a dangerous volume of water, soil and debris to overflow into the street. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed by city engineers.

Now I suppose it is on to the Mayor's Office, the City Council and the newspaper in order to become enough of a squeaky wheel to get action. I have personally spent almost $100K on a stormwater retention and treatment pond on the other side of my 6 acres to deal with the water on that side of my property and this doesn't seem to make a difference to the City.
