We will take a look to see what may be done. A few years back we milled Wesley St before paving in order to restore the top of the asphalt more flush with the gutter. Following this, we try not to put asphalt in the gutter as this may inhibit proper drainage and hinder our street sweeping operations.

I had a chance to document the problem. What we need to do is demo the existing concrete apron inline with the sidewalk approaching from either side of the driveway and pour a new apron compatible with the ADA guidelines. I will add this to our list for repairs and we will be in touch to coordinate the work.
