Description
Nuisance building; Garbage, Drug dealing, Loud cars, etc. The building at 2 Deering court is a total nuisance. There is a man that lives in that building who has a red truck and a boat, and he's constantly revving his engine, doing burnouts in the court, hanging out with a bunch of people drinking in the street all day and night, and dealing drugs. One of his buddies (not sure if he lives there too) has a metallic purple car with a stereo so loud it rattles the glass in buildings that are a hundred feet away and they hang out and party with his stereo cranked and all the doors open. There are also a couple of guys who just sit in their cars all day and night too and I think they must be selling drugs because I don't know what else they would be doing just parked there (they're not living in their cars fyi). I wish the city would pay some attention to this area because it's awful during the summer and come 4th of july all those same guys are outside shooting their guns (2 years ago they shot out the electrical transformer and we lost electricity for the rest of the night).

Cal is right. The Public Works Agency can't help you with this and seeclickfix will just refer you to OPD. Cal has given you good info. Go to your monthly NCPC meeting and work with your neighbors on issues like this. If you see drug activity or people firing guns, call the police. You can report drug activity and pretty much anything anonymously, if you're worried about that.
Gun Tip Line (tips may be made anonymously): (510) 517-8739
Drug Hotline (tips may be made anonymously): 510 238-DRUG
On this line you can leave a recorded message to report recurring illegal drug activity. You can be anonymous or you can leave your name. Please give specific details about location, description of suspects and cars involved, as well as usual times of the illegal activity. The recorded messages are listened to and used to alert police to locations that need their attention.
