Description

The city is so concerned about people using water and not paying for it (past articles about city wanting to pass unpaid water bills from rentals unto homeowner), but they do not seem to care about how much water they (the city) waists. There has been a water main break at River Street and 5th Ave for almost two weeks. The water continues to spray out of the ground with the city thinking a small road block will solve the problem. How many gallons of water have been wasted?

Must be nice for the proud operators of the city water treatment plant only one block away to watch much of their hard work just flow down the drain.
