Description
Regarding the new house under construction in the cul de sac at the end of Nicholson Pl NW: the construction crew typically starts hammering and using power tools at 7 AM, however on Thursday September 2nd a cacophony of hammering began at 6:40 AM. This is unreasonable start time!
