Description

There is a Blue Ford Taurus that has been parked in the same spot on 13th St for almost 3 months. It has not moved, nor been started. I do not know if the car belongs to someone in the neighborhood or if it was abandoned, but it is taking up a spot for street parking. There are night when all the spots are filled, having that car removed would at least open on more spot. Thank you!
