Richards Avenue is closed between the SF Community College and Avenida del Sur. Richards Ave. Rancho Viejo area traffic must use detour using Dinosaur Trail off of Rancho Viejo Boulevard. Road construction commences today July 5. It is scheduled to end July 21.
