Description

Construction noise at 7:08a as a loader drives up vacant lot behind Jacobi property to get lumber stored for nearby project. Back up beeper and diesel loader.
Is it even allowable that this project is storing materials here? No land use or permit that I can see for the old Serenity house lot But it's being used for overflow parking and construction material storage?

A. If the Inn's parking lot is public then yes
