I believe the address you are referring to is 701 East Trininty L:ane - if you are reporting a vacant lot next door to you...is this correct? If so Coides inspected this vacant lot and issued the owner notice to cut the high grass and remove all trash and debris which was done when we made our reinsepciton on August 10, 2011.

I assumed sence the property doesn't have a house on it given the progression on the physical address that property would be 2005 oakwood the condition has not. Improved its getting worse I think one person owns the entire 3 lot parcel and are dumping waste from there construction business

In fact it hasn't been fixed the problem continues to get worse with the warmer weather coming more and more people are out and about making my neighborhood look a lot worse throwing discarding used food containers from cups cans bags all kinds of rubbish I've called and maild the discrict 5. Councul people about the speeding and delapidating conditions here in east nashville I do believe if I / we were in a nicer part of the city this problem wouldn't exist

Still not fixed no one seems to care about that the residents in east nashville have to wad through filth every day
while other parts of the city continue to expand we pay taxes too

Still not fixed people still dumping trash while riding down the street throwing empty restaurant bags and boxes over grown trees and shrubs hanging out blocking the views of on coming traffic
neighbor still dumping construction trash on the lot next to my home

Are any of you following up with codes? It is useless to continue posting that it is "not fixed" on tnhis website.

Its a shame people continue to throw trash from there vehicles when they ride down the street the people that own the lots at trinity lane and oakwood continue to dump construction waste if we were in green hills or the gulch or germantown this issue would have already been resolved

As 701 Trinity Lane was inspected by Codes, we prosecuted the owner in court on April 25, 2012 as well as May 23, 2012 - at which time the ownr had claned the proeprty of all junk, trash and debris - as photo's were submitted to the Judge and the court as proof.

Codes and Building Safety has NO jurisdictgion regarding people in vehicles throwing trash out from their windows. Yoiu beed to call the Metro Police Department.

If you can provide me with an address which you are referring to a request will be submitted and Codes willmake the inspectin - but it has to be a proeprty - not the right-of-way (street).
