There us to be a ditch there in the 60S and 70s that carried water to the pond behind the last house on the east side of Albert Pl. There was also a foot bridge crossing it. We used to walk across it a lot.
Might explain why flooding now occurs during heavy rain events at the north end of Lords Ave. Three houses from the north side of Lords is where the flow starts to run north. The rest of Lords Ave slops south. Don't know when the ditch was vacated by there are at least three residence in the neighborhood that remember it at least into he 70s.

How is the issue resolved? Nothing has been done the area is still as it has been for going on 2 years? If it's closed I'd assume that means the problem was corrected which it has not been. Is someone going to come and cut all the growth out and remove the debris and trash people are throwing that is pushing mine and my neighbors fences?
