Description
The culvert along Lords Ave/Albert place that is along the back fence line of Britannia Rd is so extremely overgrown the water in the culvert and the plant growth to push my fencing and it's bringing snakes and rats and encouraging dumping of trash. This is my 3rd report in as many months and nobody has been out to cut it back in the past 2 years. It's county property and needs to be maintained as it's causing property damage to everyone on Britannia Rd whose backyard fencing is there.

Might explain why flooding now occurs during heavy rain events at the north end of Lords Ave. Three houses from the north side of Lords is where the flow starts to run north. The rest of Lords Ave slops south. Don't know when the ditch was vacated by there are at least three residence in the neighborhood that remember it at least into he 70s.
