Deskripsyon

I walk my dog every morning up elwell to the top of olve ave. The average speed of cars going by is 40 miles and some higher. There needs to be more speed limits signs posted. Especially coming from the top of olive ave going down beachveiw. There's poles there with no speed limits. I had to jump in bushes to avoid getting hit several times. Elwell is just as bad. Thanks
